The Center for a New American Security, a non-partisan think tank based in Washington that focuses on U.S. security policy, is gathering experts and policy makers for its fourth annual conference. Panels and speakers will cover a range of topics from the war in Afghanistan and the role of contractors to the limits of U.S. diplomatic and military engagement and national security implications of climate change.
Michèle Flournoy, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and co-founder of CNAS, will hold a keynote address at 4 p.m.
