WASHINGTON – Apple-lovers, tech geeks and average Joes are perched at their MacBooks and iPads in anticipation of Apple’s big announcement Tuesday. In a few hours, Apple is expected to announce the first iPhone A.J. (After Jobs).
Rumor sites like macrumors.com, have been speculating the big news since before the media event was announced. People are trying to guess not only what the phone will be but also when it will be released. Hearsay that Apple employees were denied vacation requests on various days between Oct. 9-15 has early-adopters hoping the phone will debut as soon as next week.
