WASHINGTON — More than two dozens cyclists, who call themselves “bicycle messengers,” rode from Newton, Connecticut, to Washington to honor the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting and raise awareness about gun control.
The team formed after the shooting in 2013 and this is the fourth trip to the capital.
This year, the cyclists were invited to the White House for a private event.
