The White House’s Carol Browner and Robert Gibbs, along with Adm. Thad Allen, who is coordinating efforts to contain and cleanup the Gulf of Mexico site of the oil spill following the Deepwater Horizon explosion, say it’s still a team effort between the government and BP, the British global energy company. the efforts to stop the leak, his second trip since the spill started.
