Hundreds of families, friends and veterans gathered at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Monday for the In Memory Day ceremony. Ninety-three more names were added to the In Memory Honor Roll book, honoring those who died prematurely as a result of the Vietnam War. For a service member’s name to be inscribed on the memorial wall, the Department of Defense requires that the cause of death is from combat-related wounds.
