WASHINGTON — More than a half century after they were denied the opportunity to play in the Little League World Series, the 1955 Cannon Street YMCA All-Stars – originally from Charleston, S.C. – visited the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial to share their story of segregation and lost opportunity.
