Ten years after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, the Flight 93 memorial in Shanksville, Penn. is still not complete. While Congress has allocated $14 million to fund the project, $10 million is still needed to cover its $62 million cost. Now, family members of Flight 93 victims are coming to Capitol Hill to raise awareness about the need for continued support. With budget cuts across the board, they want to remind Congress and President Barack Obama that the site is the last of three major 9/11 memorials that has yet to be fully funded.
