Vice President Joe Biden spoke to more than 9,000 educators gathered in Washington for the National Education Association’s annual meeting this week. The room was filled with teachers and administrators from public schools around the country. Biden scolded Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney for his views on public education, touting the Democratic plan to ensure success in the nation’s schools.
