WASHINGTON — Oleg Vinogradov, master choreographer and director emeritus of the Russian Kirov/Mariinsky Ballet, spoke at the National Press Club on July 17.
To an audience of 10 enthusiasts and journalists, the master delivered an impassioned soliloquy though his translator, reminiscing on a life lived through the arts.
Not once during the entire event did he remove his sunglasses.
