Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel welcomed Georgia’s Minister of Defense, Irakli Alasania, to the Pentagon on Wednesday. During the minister’s visit, Secretary Hagel applauded Georgia for its democratic strides and expressed support for their Euro-Atlantic integration efforts, according to the Department of Defense.
