With the unsettled border crisis still looming, the window for Congress to act on immigration is dwindling before a five-week break. Young immigrants are continuing to call on President Barack Obama to use executive authority to help solve the crisis, while the Republican-led House on Wednesday approved of a lawsuit alleging the president has exceeded his constitutional powers.

David Chung of advocacy group United We Dream says the worry of having Obama’s deferred action initiative revoked is a credible fear for many so-called dreamers, or immigrants who entered the country illegally as children. But they won’t let that hinder them from pushing forward an agenda that would protect their families and friends.
