WASHINGTON — The Code of Support Foundation created the “Living Wall Memorial” to honor post-9/11 veterans. The Home Depot Foundation donated over 1,000 flowers to build the wall. The event was on the “Spirit of 45” day which congress declared four years ago a day to celebrate the end of World War II.
