TAPS, also known as the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, announced a new scholarship program to help surviving children and spouses of fallen military service members Tuesday. On top of the multimillion dollar scholarship fund, TAPS also will help bereaved military families access benefit programs by the federal government and private foundations.
