College Park, Md. — The University of Maryland and College Park welcomed Zagster to launch their new bike-share program- mBike.
The city first began talking about bike-sharing in 2008. Now eight years later College Park has cut the big red bow, allowing students and residents an affordable and convenient way to get around the city.
