WASHINGTON — Who should call the White House home next? Reporters Steve Musal and Haydee Clotter asked people standing in front of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue — and it seemed hard for them to get excited about either of the presumptive nominees.
Five states, including California, vote Tuesday. It’s a chance for Hillary Clinton to secure the Democratic nomination, although the Associated Press has reported that superdelegates already have clinched it for her. It’s also a chance for Bernie Sanders’ supporters to show they’re not out of the race yet. On the Republican side, Donald Trump has the race sewn up, but he wants to unite the fractured GOP before the general election.
