WASHINGTON – Supreme Court justices ruled against one of the nation’s strictest abortion laws in Texas. In a 5-3 decision, the Court prevented more than three-quarters of the state’s abortion clinics from shutting down. After the decision was made, pro-choice advocates took to the streets outside the court to proclaim victory and celebrate the decision.
