After their recess, Congress will have to work quickly to fund the government

WASHINGTON — The government is only funded through April 28, and when Congress returns from its recess it will need to work quickly to prevent the government from shutting down. Politics reporter David Jordan spoke with the Illinois Channel about why Republicans and Democrats may deadlock over a continuing resolution that would keep the government funded at last year’s budget levels.
