NORFOLK, Va. – After visiting the Norfolk Tides, I didn’t want to leave, the ballpark was electric. Fans were excited to be at the park from the moment the gates opened. The game was good but the food was outstanding. The signature “Smokehouse” hot dogs with pulled pork and onions and “The Orioles Dog” topped with mac and cheese and crab meat on it. I’ll travel back just for the hot dogs alone. They also featured a barbecue platter with your choice of pulled pork or beef brisket and fried Snickers. The options felt like I was at an amusement park instead of a baseball game.
