WASHINGTON- Three Medill graduate students will be honored and receive scholarships from the White House Correspondent Association at its annual black-tie dinner Saturday. The students met with President Donald Trump and the Vice President Mike Pence on the South Lawn of the White House Friday.
Oyin Falana, Jini Hernandez and Ricky Zipp were or are in the Medill Washington Program and Politics and National Security Specialization.
They and other scholarship winners joined White House correspondents at a luncheon where House Speaker Paul Ryan addressed the group.
