WASHINGTON–As Election Day kicked off in DC, businesses across the city boarded up their windows, and a non-scalable fence was placed around the perimeter of the White House in preparation for potential protests.However, as November 3rd came to a close with no results, DC remained largely quiet.
As election results trickle in and anticipation continues to build, crowds remain Black Lives Matter Plaza.
