WASHINGTON – Almost every Monday, you can find We the People for Sensible Gun Laws rallying in front of the White House calling for gun violence prevention and safety.

They’re a group of concerned citizens, including Stanley Schaper, whose 11-year-old sister shot and killed his 9-year-old sister in 1959.

“Something is going to change,” says Schaper. “We’re either going to change some gun laws or we’re going to change some congressmen and senators.”
