See the latest currency’s new features (Christina Lee/MNS)

WASHINGTON — A new $100 bill debuted Wednesday. Updates include a 3-D security code in the center of the bill that turns bells into 100s as the bill is tilted. Circulation for the new currency will not begin until February 2011. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing plan to use the time in between to educate the public and moneyhandlers on how to identify the new notes.
