The new school year is right around the corner and the charter school system in Washington is ready to take on the area with more than 90 campuses. The schools may be taking over the District of Columbia, but there are still have many areas that need work. Kent Amos, owner of six charter schools in the District, discusses the issues and how to resolve them.
