Two days ahead of Thanksgiving, more than 500 volunteers joined the Washington Redskins to package and distribute turkeys and food baskets to Prince George’s County residents in need at FedEx Field. Approximately 3,500 families received the service and the team’s good wishes.

In total more than 45,500 pounds of turkey is provided by Harris Teeter this year.
