President Obama welcomed the 2013 NCAA champion Louisville Cardinals men’s basketball team to the White House on Tuesday afternoon. Obama lauded the team’s successful season, but joked that the Cardinals’ championship did not help his bracket. The title marked the third men’s basketball title for Louisville and the second for Hall of Fame head coach Rick Pitino.
