Washington—Dozens of young people from across the U.S. rallied in front of Secretary of State John Kerry’s Georgetown home Tuesday. They were protesting the Alberta Clipper pipeline expansion. Environmental activists believe the expansion is the result of an illegal deal between the U.S. Department of State and Canadian pipeline company Enbridge.
