WASHINGTON — The Bullpen at Half Street Fairgrounds will have its seventh and last opening day on Thursday when the Nationals play the Florida Marlins.
The venue is a pre-, during- and post-game outdoor area with bars, food trucks, games, live bands and picnic tables for Nationals fans. The Bullpen has been a defining characteristic of “Nats Town.” Fans have enjoyed the venue for the past seven years and are sad that this will be its last year.
