WASHINGTON — Mexican artist and feminist Monica Mayer uses art as a tool for social change. Her latest exhibit, The Clothesline Project, encourages women to speak up about experiences of sexual harassment and domestic violence. It opened at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, D.C. this November.
