WASHINGTON– Memorial Day is right around the corner, signaling the start of summer. That means two things: warmer temperatures and the potential for hot car deaths. Members of Congress along with safety advocates and families of victims held a press conference on Capitol Hill to raise awareness of the increase in such deaths in recent years.
