WASHINGTON — Sen. Amy Klobuchar, the Democratic presidential candidate from Minnesota, presented her plan for the first 100 days in office, at the National Press Club on Tuesday. Her first step would include signing back into the International Climate Change Agreement and building relations with Western allies. She said she can appeal to the moderate Trump base with her “optimistic economic agenda.”
