A Capitol Hill panel on illegal gambling included a former attorney general, criminologist and a researcher. Ohio has one of the biggest illegal gambling problems in the country, panelists said.
“There is no doubt about the fact that it is a major and flourishing industry,” said former Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen.
